Do you support businesses outside India?
Yes! Vylot works for businesses worldwide. You can set your country and currency during onboarding. Tax compliance features (like GSTR) are India-specific, but invoicing, POS, storefront, and API features work globally.
Is GST applicable on Vylot subscriptions?
Yes, 18% GST is charged on all paid subscriptions for Indian businesses. A GST invoice is issued for every payment, which you can use for input tax credit.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are listed in your local currency for reference, but billing is currently processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International card payments are supported via our payment gateway.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll receive a notification before hitting limits. Exceeding limits will pause new invoice creation until you upgrade or the next billing cycle resets your usage.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives permanent access to core features. Upgrade with a 14-day money-back guarantee if it doesn't meet your needs.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is quoted based on your requirements — team size, invoice volume, custom integrations, and SLA. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
